Return & Refund Policy

ACSWORD Billiards wants customers to feel confident when purchasing pool cues, cue cases and billiard accessories. Please read the following return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Request

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, product photos/video and a clear description of the issue.

Return Conditions

  • The item should be unused, undamaged by the customer and in its original packaging when possible.
  • Products damaged by misuse, incorrect handling, modification or normal wear are not eligible for return.
  • Customized products, custom logo items and bulk/OEM orders may not be returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund result. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or an agreed solution.

Exchanges

If the item has a confirmed quality problem or wrong shipment, we may provide replacement, exchange or another reasonable solution depending on the case.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. If the problem is caused by wrong shipment or confirmed product defect, we will help provide a solution. If the return is due to personal preference or incorrect order information provided by the customer, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
